Power Line at Dawn

Ok, I admit that my recent obsession with the power lines by my house is a bit odd and not to everyone's liking. But when you are trying to shoot at least one image a day, you have to work with what is at hand. I took Fiona (our dog) out for her morning break and saw this beautiful pink sunrise in the clouds. From our house we look through two sets of power lines to the east, so I am stuck with having them in the image in some way. So I tried to make a shot that I thought was pleasing and interesting, at least to me.

Swan in the Sunrise

I found this 53/4 Packard rusting behind an old barn at an inn my wife and I stayed at outside of Charlottesville, VA. Got up at dawn and wandered around the property and found this cool old beat up car. I like how the sun was just catching the hood ornament. Thanks for stopping by.
