Out into the World

A young woman looks out of the crossing corridor between the two towers of the Washington National Cathedral. This is another example of the unexpected happening. I was waiting for the women at the end of the corridor to come back into the light so I could get them. This young lady walked up to the window, looked out and then walked away all in about 5 seconds. Thanks for stopping by.

Very mystical looking shot. It really is amazing how many things come unexpectedly and quickly...it can be difficult to be fast enough on the trigger and yet subtle enough not to have the presence of the camera change the scene

Thanks Howard. I agree with you. She looked at me just after I snapped this since the Canon 20D is so loud. But that is ok since I had the shot. Need to take out the Leica I got from my mother in law and see if I can be quieter. But shooting film, I don't know, big change.
